Located in Leslieville on Carlaw Avenue in a historic commercial building. Just a short walk up from Queen Street, with ample street parking and TTC at our doorstep

Up a short flight of stairs in a professional building. Access is provided via personal, time-sensitive passcodes

L-shaped room with 8x16 open space, 14ft ceilings, soft filtered skylight and happy plants

Air conditioning. Fast WiFi. Desk. Comfy chair. Reading Library. Yoga mat, blocks and bolster. Large exercise mat. Comfy blanket. Meditation cushion. Folding chairs. Speaker. Bar fridge. Kettle. Coffee mugs. Baby change table. Rack for storage and many other useful work and hobby items
GoodRoom is a place:
For women to hobby, heal, rest, read and socialize undisturbed
It's also for women who are building towards something good and need the occasional private space to focus to see their visions through
We offer pre-paid blocks of hours to be used as needed to members at a reduced rate, and offer single-use daily rentals at commercial rates
About the space:
A quiet air-conditioned room with 14 ft ceilings, wood floor, frosted skylight, painted brick wall, and a growing collection of plants.
Located on the second floor close to the stairwell, but also accessible by elevator via the 276 Carlaw entrance.
General amenities include but are not limited to: fast wifi - desk and chair - reading chair - 4 folding chairs - coat rack - bar fridge - Brita filter - mugs - kettle - coffee&tea - bluetooth speaker - throws - yoga mat and blocks - meditation cushion - floor mat - non-fiction library - headphones - eyemask - mirror - floor fan - baby change table.
Please note that the elevator is located a several minutes walk through the building.
Communal washrooms are located down the hall.
We wish to support new mothers best we can by providing a change table and wipes, but please note that there is no sink and no washroom in the unit itself.
Waterless hand wash and paper towel is provided.

Available 7am - 9pm everyday
260 Carlaw Avenue, Unit 202c
The southbound 72 Pape Bus stop is (literally) at the main entrance to the building by the crosswalk
Street parking only
Access to the space is granted via personalized time-sensitive passcode, with a buffer 1/2hr between clients.

Cost:
As we are in soft launch mode, we appreciate your patience as we work through how best to serve our community.
- Pre-paid blocks of 12 hours for $300 +hst, to be used up in any combination
- Currently payments will be through etransfer only
- Only 5 blocks available initially
- To ensure the safety of our members, hours are not transferable to others
- The space is also available for $35 per hour +hst for both professional or personal use with a 2 hour minimum
- To ensure the integrity of our vision as a place of wellness and community, we reserve the right to vet users and decline bookings
Uses not permitted:
In consideration of our neighbours, sound rehearsals are not permitted – no electric instruments, acting or loud singing.
We wish to keep the space clean and dry for everyone. No acrylic/oil painting, sculpting, woodwork, cooking or glitter-based activities permitted.
While filming is permitted, we are not soundproof and cannot request the public or other tenants to be quiet.
No pets. No burning incense or candles. No smoke machines. No smoking or drug use. No sex work or pornography. No parties.
No overnight use.
